Mongolian agents kidnapped alleged assassin in France

Unfortunately a paid registration is needed to access this story at the South China Morning Post. I don’t have one so I haven’t been able to read it, but I’m having visions of an inscrutable Asiatic James Bond seducing Mongolia’s own Moneypenny, drinking his salt-tea shaken, but not stirred, and generally looking unbelievably cool in his fur-lined tux while riding his camel across the Gobi desert.
