In my last post I noted that the membership of the Baltic nations means that NATO now borders Russia, and that the Russian government is taking the development with its customary good grace.
So, all I can say to the latest news that Russia and NATO have just reached an agreement to allow NATO military units to be stationed on Russian soil is…. the Chinese are gonna be so pissed.
