Some random and interesting things I’ve been meaning to post, but don’t really have much to say about:
- New Mongols notes that Iran and Russia are in competition over Mongolia’s natural resources.
- Misty is inviting everyone to view her lovely apartment in Yaroslavl.
- Russian hockey clubs are poaching NHL players in what one agent calls “the biggest threat from outside the NHL has ever had."
- The Russian Dilettante writes about Alexis de Tocqueville, who not only understood American democracy, but predicted the rise and fall of the Soviet Union in Russia. (Been meaning to post that one for a while).
- Blogrel uncovers ‘Soviet History - as told by an American comic book’.
- A new blog monitoring Azerbaijan’s upcoming Parliamentary elections.
- What next?
