The Russian Far East is now Australia’s largest export market for Kangaroo meat.

“Australia can’t produce enough kangaroo meat,” importer Igor Dorokhov said.

“We need 100 containers per month, Australia can only produce 25. It’s good meat; cheap and good.”

Apparently, once it arrives in Russia, the Kangaroo meat gets turned into sausages.
