Thinking of taking a flight in Russia over the next few weeks?
Airlines in Russia may soon be unable to book flights because stocks of blank tickets are being held at the border due to a new government regulation, UPI reported.
The rule change took effect Oct. 1 within an effort to monitor important documents.
