An enterprising Russian blogger has developed a piece of code that can be inserted on websites to bar any visitors with an Estonian IP address.
Presumably, he’s done this because of his outrage at recent events in Estonia.
Anyway, the plan was going swimmingly until someone pointed out that the primary ‘victims’ of this piece of code would be Russians living within Estonia…
I suspect he’s just a little bit embarrassed right now.

This is like the Arab countries blocking access to Isareli websites and blocking the Israeli telephone dialling codes, thus preventing thousands of Palestinians from contacting their relatives back home.
