As a change of pace, I thought it would be fun to feature some cartoons on Siberian Light.
This cartoon is called ‘The East is the East’, and is by Spanish cartoonist Juan Rodriguez Morales. His cartoons about Russia are regularly featured on La mirade al Este a Spanish magazine/blog covering Eastern Europe, Russia and the Former Soviet Union.
If you have the misfortune not to speak Spanish (like me!), I’d thoroughly recommend checking La mirada al Este out via Google Translate.
