Comments on: Nashi website blocked outside Russia

Tim, I would normally agree. But the only way I’ve been able to access the Nashi site is through a Russian proxy. Also people in Moscow say that it’s accessible, while in the Ukraine it is not. This makes me believe that the site has blocked its access to non-Russian IPs.

I get the 403 forbidden error on lots of blogs. I don’t think it’s anything to do with being blocked deliberately, it is a technical issue.
